Participants in the events we organize are informed that the activity of family constellation facilitator is a profession not regulated by professional orders or associations, pursuant to Law 4/2013 and related EU directives. This professional activity, falling under counseling methods, aims to guide, support, and develop the client’s potential, promoting proactive attitudes and encouraging decision-making abilities. It deals with non-specific issues (making decisions, improving interpersonal relationships) and contextually limited issues (family, work, school); therefore, it does not in any way constitute psychotherapy or medical practice and does not replace them, excluding pathology as a direct field of intervention.
It will be the professional’s duty to suspend their activity and refer the client to appropriate health professionals, psychologists, or psychotherapists if the client expresses the desire for treatments reserved for such professionals or exhibits signs indicating the need for their intervention.
Participants are informed about the program, the seminar costs, and the fact that constellations are not guaranteed for everyone. Throughout the duration of the seminars, participants declare themselves fully responsible, are aware of the seminar schedules, and commit to punctuality and full participation, except in cases of health or personal reasons, respecting other participants and the organization.
