Topics I Address

Many physical and psychological discomforts stem from emotional states connected to the loss of twin siblings at various stages of gestation. Alternatively, they may be linked to events in the family history, such as the exclusion of someone who had a rightful place in the clan or a failure to assume responsibility by an ancestor. In such cases, the roots of the discomfort can be revealed during a constellation. It is essential in these situations to “acknowledge what is,” as this can mark the beginning of a healing process.

1

Postpartum Depression

Pregnancy and the experience of bonding with the newborn and their delicate world can reactivate in the mother the original trauma associated with the vanished twin syndrome. By integrating her own Twin System, the mother can, through newfound awareness of her prenatal experiences, see her child with fresh eyes and distinguish them from her lost twin sibling.

2

Anxious and Depressive States

By the end of the second month of gestation, the limbic brain of the embryo is already developed, and an increase in blood flow to the head can be observed. If the most significant prenatal trauma occurs after this point, the surviving twin, in an attempt to divert attention from the pain of loss, focuses on the sensation of blood flow in their temples. Through the Integration of the Vanished Twin, the Lone Born Twin can break free from the automatic response of retreating into depression.

3

Panic Attacks

Panic attacks in the surviving twin can be a repetition of the reaction to the death of siblings who accompanied them during part of the gestation phase. When, in life, the survivor experiences situations involving people perceived as substitutes for these lost siblings, it can happen that, by automatism, the despair of the intrauterine experience resurfaces, along with the same sensation of suffocation that accompanied it.

4

Business Constellations

Business and profession find their place among the responsibilities of Life when considered as a whole. They serve it and follow its laws, including the Orders of Love outlined by Bert Hellinger. Classic family constellations and the perspectives opened by the Freni® method on self-perception in relation to one’s place in the hierarchical order of the twin system during gestation can help entrepreneurs, professionals, and all workers achieve success.

5

Family Constellations

Anyone who is born becomes part of the family systems of both parents and will be forever connected to every deceased or living member of both systems. The exclusion, neglect, or forgetting of someone in the history of a system can cause a family member to become entangled in the destiny of that predecessor. The Freni® method breathes new life into Family and Systemic Constellations by dissolving the conditioning rooted in the prenatal phase.

6

Affective Disorders

It is during embryonic development that the Surviving Twin, like anyone else, first enters into relationship with the other, recognizing themselves, through comparison, also in their sexual identity. The repercussions of prenatal experiences on the emotional sphere are profound, and a path that helps shed light on issues originating from this phase allows for a life of serenity and richness, particularly in personal relationships, thanks to a new awareness of oneself.
